Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions!

HOW TO GET A QUOTE OR CHECK AVAILABILITY 

Dear Client, we are delighted to invite you to use our new online quotes and bookings system, which will allow you to easily choose the type of room and service you require, see availability and prices, and, if you are satisfied, make your booking online. 
 

Alternatively you can contact us by email (booking@hotelalcigno.it), by sending us a message via the "Contacts" page of our website, or by calling us on  +39 0431 720 333! In response to your enquiry we will send you an itemised quote with all the information you need.

 

HOW TO CONFIRM A BOOKING

When you use the online booking system guaranteed by secure connection, you will be asked to provide your personal data in the required fields in order to proceed to confirmation of the booking.  You can confirm your booking using a credit card, with no additional charges, or by sending us a deposit via bank transfer.  On completion of the transaction you will receive an email confirming your booking.
 
If you book by email or telephone you will be asked for a valid credit card number (holder's name and surname, card number, expiry date and security code), which will be held as a guarantee of the booking, or for a deposit by bank transfer to the following account: Unicredit di Lignano Sabbiadoro - Recipient: Hotel Al Cigno - Lignano  IBAN IT43 K 02008 63912 000000953983. From abroad: SWIFT  UNCRITM1UQ0 (the last digit is zero).
 
 

CANCELLING A BOOKING (NO SHOW)

A booking may be cancelled up to 7 days before the arrival date with no penalty.  
The deposit paid will be refunded by bank transfer.  If the cancellation is less than 7 days before the arrival date, no refund will be given.  
If your booking was confirmed by credit card, in the event of cancellation up to 3 days before the arrival date, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your stay. 
If the cancellation is less than 3 days before arrival date, or if you do not arrive, the entire cost will be debited.  
The Management will make exceptions to this clause only in the event of serious reasons and only if informed in advance.
 
 
 

NO SHOW 

In the event of a no show, the booking will be considered void.  The deposit will not be refunded and in the event of confirmation by credit card, as described above, the entire cost of the booking will be debited. 
 

EARLY DEPARTURE OR LATE ARRIVAL 

We inform our guests that, subject to availability, it is possible to change the date, service and room type booked.
